First Grade Yellow

Handwriting: will be graded this quarter with an S, N, or U.  Letters must be touching the bottom line, formed correctly, and finger space between words.

Math: This week the students will be learning about fact families.

(3, 7, 10:)  3+ 7= 10, 7+3=10, 10-3=7, 10-7=3

 Social Science: This week the students will learn about air and weather.

·     Tuesday, November 5th is the next PTO meeting and it is also math night. Please join us at 6:00pm in the lunchroom.

·     Our field trip to Lanark will be this Thursday, Nov.7th. Please return the permission slip and $7.00 by Nov. 5th. Thank you!

·     Monday, November 11th is Veteran’s Day ~ No School!
